Room 105 has a wall leak, told front desk. Very busy time no other room available, given some towels and air freshener for smell. Stayed 4 days leak got bigger rug very wet. Best Western fix this, don’t have a guest stay in room mold.

The property is getting renovated a bit at a time. Lobby was gorgeous. Rooms are older but very clean. No stains and clean white sheets. Towels were bright white as well. Lady was nice in explaining no vending machines bc new are coming soon. Looked great and I’m picky

It’s a standard best western. The staff is extremely friendly and want to be helpful. So that’s a plus, but it’s just a basic room. The windows open but no screen so bugs can get in your room. But if you’re at Jackson you probably don’t care about bugs.

Overall this is a nice place to stay. The breakfast they provide is great, and they have a heated pool. The only thing that was a problem was the size of the bed. I reserved a queen bed, and they game me a double size bed which was not good.

I was in the new wing and it was great! I’ve stayed here several times over the years and am impressed with the upgrades made since my last visit. Front desk is great. Makenzie was welcoming and provided efficient and professional service. Expedia did not give correct information prior to our arrival. Fee for our dog was quoted at half what it actually is.
