The shower had little hairs in it still, it was quite loud throughout the night with dogs barking and someone puking next door, and the breakfast bar in the morning had most of the things out of order and the rest was a horrible selection.

Unfortunately I never experience this instant whereas I have to pay an additional $125 to Expedia after the obese clerk claimed she could accept my reservation due to my daughter using the reservation due to my having the flu. My daughter and I both has the same last name and the confirmation number just a different first name. After speaking to the clerk she could not cite where this regulation was stated all the time being obnoxious and chewing in my ear. This individual displayed a very poor representation of the Hilton chain, and their other hotels with more competent and professional employees.
The hotel was great. What wasn't was the service itself that Hotels.com provides. Why would i leave a bad review of a hotel when you have nothing to do with that? The bad review would belong to them, not you. The fact that you had my booking (and my money) and THEY DIDN'T when I got there at 11pm with my young son is why you're getting a bad review. It took me FIVE minutes to find the phone number on Google (i couldn't find it on the app) so that i could speak with a person just to find out that their customer service is done from India and i couldn't understand either of the people that I finally got on the phone with me. They said the mistake was a software error. They had to call the front desk at the hotel twice to fix this and get me a room. The whole thing took an hour! We didn't get to our room until midnight. I was offered an apology but that's it. No discount on a future room, nothing. What, then, gives me the confidence to use Hotels.com again? Absolutely nothing.
