Wow. Where do I even begin? This place is a masterpiece in how not to run a hotel. We landed late, exhausted, hoping for sleep before early meetings. Instead, we got a comedy of horrors.
First room: my colleague opens his door—roaches sprinting across the floor like they were late for a meeting. He crushed one under his shoe. My door? Locked from the inside, as if even the room itself was trying to protect me from entering.
We trudge downstairs. Another poor guy is already begging for a new room because his was filthy. The clerk—clearly higher than a space shuttle launch—hands us new keys. Second attempt: pull back the covers, find half an eyelash on the sheets and what looks like dried vomit in the corner. Lovely.
The hotel only refunded 1 day instead of the prepaid 2 days. At that point, even Expedia felt sorry for us. They eventually refunded both nights, though it took some wrangling.
And let’s not forget the lobby entertainment: a woman in barely-there clothes clinging to her “manager.” Real five-star ambience.
Bottom line: if your dream vacation involves roach races, mystery stains, and lobby floor shows, this is your spot. Otherwise, spend more than $10 and avoid staying longer than 30 minutes. This dump should be stripped of its franchise yesterday.
