Staff was truly the best part. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The pool was another favorite - especially with kids. This spot was close to the town which we found k be so fun exploring and also had the best sunsets.

I stayed here for a week and the resort it self was pretty decent the staff was decent wasn’t the nicer and or the most helpful had to pay 50$ per guest to even come over to my room or my hotel . There a non smoking property and we obeyed all the rules and smoked at the beach and off the property just like they stated and asked us to do . We had guest service come in one day and clean up our room and the package of cigarettes were in my dresser . I got left a note saying I’d had to pay 250$ if I don’t stop smoking it’s not allowed . Thought that was it then we’re walking down stairs and get chased down by 3 workes telling us we can’t smoke if we do we are gonna have to find another place to stay just made me feel extremely uncomfortable when I was doing everything they asked and still threatened us with no place . Besides that the stay was awesome place was very clean and workrs were very accommodating

no real craps table as advertised. number 1 reason i went there. We were there for my birthday. went down to the Italian restaurant to make a reservation and make sure there was room for us for a birthday dinner. They said there was. we said ok we will be back at 7:30. We returned at 7:30 and the restaurant had closed. Completely shut down. They allowed us to order Italian food, but we had to eat it in the Mexican restaurant while listening to Mexican music (normal not a big deal but this was supposed to be semi nice for my birthday). unacceptable. I don't care how dead you are if one of your amenities is a restaurant you keep it open. Covid is over. it is no longer ok to just shut things down because it's slow!

The pool was clean, big, relaxing and well serviced by servers and staff. The pool bar was great. The rooms are large and modern….clean and taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back!

The number of young ladies I saw with older males was appalling. Twice I watched staff let them up on the elevator. The are not likely minors but very close. Ruined my pool visit and I didn’t go back. On arrival you tried to overcharge me and I was not able to check out in local currency. Only USD. She said it was my card but 15 minutes later I bought my breakfast in colones. Food was mediocre. Room was nice.

We had a balcony room on the 6th floor. It was clean, big and beautiful with a comfortable bed. We used the hotel transfer from the airport which was great! We tried all the restaurants at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was fine. We loved the pool and the beachfront! This is not a party place but relaxing and safe. We went on 2 excursions through the hotel- waterfall tour and Manuel Antonio NP. The hotel staff booked our excursions and they were fantastic! We also rode the horses in front of the hotel at the beach. It was also excellent! We had a wonderful time in CR!
