There was no breakfast available in the morning before we left at 715am. There were no staff to be found at that time. The first room they gave us the shower was broken spraying water all over the room. The second room the shower was a little better but still had issues. When going to bed it was and you could hear others talking outside our room. The WiFi was not working for us and it was jist brushed off. They did not seem to care just saying they would look into it but never got back to us.

Cozy hotel. My big room had everything necessary. Breakfasts were OK for being continental. Nice tropical garden inside the hotel. The employees were nice, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Darya and Thomas. The hotel has also kitchen for everyone to use with utensils, filtered water, microwave, stove etc.

Pictures were deceiving, room is outdated and lacks maintenance. Floor tiles were broken, bathroom was dirty and with bugs. Lots of noise, day and night. It says breakfast is included but it only has salad and toasts. Place really needs maintenance before it gets listed again

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Justin at the front desk was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us, especially with translation when we faced a language barrier. There was also a Russian lady working at the front desk who was extremely helpful and professional. We only had breakfast during our stay, and it was absolutely delicious. Please extend our thanks to the lady who prepared the breakfast. Everything was fresh and very well made. We were especially surprised to learn that the pita bread was made in house. It was outstanding, and please let the baker know they did a fantastic job. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. We are already planning to book again in March. Also, for anyone arranging transportation, please note that the property is labeled as Izu’s Place outside, which helps when coordinating rides to and from the airport.

I tried to put up with the mosquitos for 2 nights and just couldn’t deal with it. The room windows don’t close. Also the bathroom light doesn’t work between 6pm and 6 am for some reason. Finally on the negative side, the shower was room temp with no adjustment. On the plus side, the breakfast was very nice and the pool was as well.
