The staff at this hotel is beyond amazing. They go above and beyond to make it a great stay. The hotel needs a lot of updates. I would recommend Marriot putting a little money into this hotel to make it up to the Marriot standards. The employees make up for the old hotel, though. Again, they are amazing.

Everything was great at this hotel. Staff service including the wonderful staff at reception (Pradeep and the pretty girl whose name I forget) Restaurant on 10th floor was amazing. Great views, food quality was amazing.. Rooms were modern and very clean.. something that is not easy to achieve in India Could be better Transparency around non availability of non-veg options.. my daughter was initially disappointed.. but needed up loving all veg options. Will definitely come again. 5 star services that is affordable.

Room is good size but quite dated. The bed was a spring mattress low bed which was an uncomfortable experience The toilets are very poorly maintained with too much black mildew and very poor showe condition. The entire toilet need a major clean up. Breakfast spread was quite good for vegetarians but for the non vegetarians it was extremely underwhelming. There was no decent meat and thecold cuts were tasteless. However the paratha, sambar, fresh dosas and omelettes were great with a very good coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful both at the checkin and the restaurants.

Warning

The stay was awful. The air condition was not working even Maintance stayed that. Had to have refrigerator changed out 3 time because it didn’t work. Had to call the manger down and he took his sweet time getting down there. I demanded to be move and the refrigerator still not working. The coffee pot had live wear hanging loose and Maintance side it was ok. Do not stay here
