Great stay

Great hotel, very clean and excellent service by all the staff. Good pool but worth noting not for females. Good central location for exploring Jeddah. Would defiantly visit again.

They made us wait 15 mins despite confirmation. Then starting at 10 AM there was music blasting from a wedding on the floor above. We had to change rooms after unpacking which was inconvenient. They did give us another room but no other concessions were made. The restaurant menu was also very pricey for Jeddah. Not staying here again.
