Spend the morning grabbing coffee in town, the afternoon exploring hiking trails, river towns, breweries, antique shops, or a concert at Bethel Woods—then return to nearly an acre of peaceful woods overlooking Lake Jefferson.

Soak beneath the trees in the private hot tub, unwind in the authentic wood-burning sauna, grill dinner on the deck, and end the evening beside the fireplace or fire pit with a favorite record playing.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our booking calendar and cleaning schedule—just ask.

For guests who would like to guarantee extra time, half-day options may be available, allowing check-in as early as 10:00 AM or check-out as late as 4:00 PM for an additional fee. Please message us for availability and pricing.

Pets

• $100 per pet for a two-night stay
• Stays of three nights or longer: 15% of the total nightly rate per pet

Pet fees are collected separately after booking.

The home sits on a hill, and the yard slopes downward. Please explore the property mindfully.

Guests have access to the entire property except for two utility closets in the basement, the outdoor shed, and two locked upstairs bedrooms.
