Don´t recognize the silver discount.

Average experience, prices are high for Brazilian as usual. The swimming pool was dirty with mold all over. The shower in the bedroom (electrical) was in short when touched. all this issues were informed to the receptionist. As a silver user i did not had the benefit of 20% discount in the consumption (1 time per stay) .. the hotel said that they did not recognized such discount pointed by the Hotels company.

bem localizada, quarto pequeno , duas pessoas no maximo! cafe da manha bom, funcionarios atenciosos! nos quartos ha pouca, alias nenhuma privacidade se abrir a cortina do quarto, pois quartos ficam de frente um para o outro, então vento natural fica limitado! mas pousada nova, quarto estava decorado nossa lua de mel, eu voltaria!

Estadia muito boa, funcionários excelentes e muito educados, limpeza nota 10. A melhorar: o café da manhã não tem muitas opções e muitas vezes servem gelado. Também poderiam deixar um rolo de papel higiênico a mais no banheiro do quarto.
