泡湯浴池大且寬敞，但淋浴設施也在半露天位置其實會很冷。4樓的門是紙門，還要去關樓梯燈才能睡覺，而且只有簡易的鎖讓人有點擔心。廁所跟湯池的照明略顯不足。

very friendly host

We arrived in the hotel around midnight due to heavy traffic. Though we missed the check-in time, the host was so friendly and waited for us till our arrival. The room is cozy with big hot spring bathtub and the breakfast is tasty.

Property is well decorated. Everything is as advertised. We enjoy watching sunrise from our balcony. Common area is well maintained and nicely decorated in the evening. We enjoy spending time there to have a break.

服務有待加強訓練

房間丶環境均不錯，只是早餐入住時説隔天一早會放在二樓，隔天早上卻沒有，也找到服務人員，再下樓要出去買早餐回來給爸媽，到一樓拉開鐵門，發現一包早餐放在門邊，裡面還有其他住客的早餐，只好自己找前一天訂的早餐⋯⋯到早上9點退房時均沒有服務人員才場，就自行離開了

浴室管道間設計不良

二樓的浴室很不通風，只有兩扇小氣床，但因為同一側所以沒有風流動的效果。 重點是管道隔音不良，住在二樓日式簡約房會聽到別間浴室洩水聲，超大聲，早上9點不到被洩水聲吵醒。 然後隔壁工地在施工，電鑽跟打牆聲搭配如瀑布般的洩水聲吵醒所有人。
