Não tivemos boa experiência. Em um dos dias faltou água no banheiro, que retornou suja durante um tempo. Muito barulho de crianças e portas batendo no corredor logo bem cedo, além do barulho alto de malas circulando pelo piso. Apartamento que estávamos não tinha isolamento acústico. Em uma das noites barulho de porta batendo com o vento vindo provavelmente do andar de cima não deixou ninguém dormir. Paredes sujas e com sinais de infiltração. Bom café da manhã

Excelente localização e condições gerais. Os únicos pontos negativos, que não chegam a atrapalhar muito, são relacionados ao tamanho da pia do banheiro (impossível lavar o rosto, ou escovar os dentes, sem molhar o piso, e a TV, que não tem canais abertos.

O estacionamento não é coberto e fica em cima de uma caixa de brita, se estiver de tênis ou havaiana não tem problema, mas se a mulher tiver de salto alto fica um pouco complicado

Atendimento impecável... nos sentimos acolhidos e muito bem vindos! Um sorriso de boas vindas e presteza para nos explicar todo os serviços disponíveis durante nossa estadia. Café da manhã bom... sem contar com as tapiocas, ovos e torradas de Petrópolis que são feitas na hora de acordo com a solicitação. As colaboradoras: Mônica, Van e Mary são impecáveis no atendimento, educação e carisma. Um destaque para a ceia da tarde que é oferecida no Kastel... amamos! Quarto limpo... roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa... cama MARAVILHOSA!!! SUGESTÕES PARA O HOTEL: Nos corredores onde ficam os quartos, seria muito bom ter um carpete ou tapete. Sei que é um hotel de praia, mas o piso acaba causando um inconveniente. Quando hóspede chega ou sai com suas malas de rodinhas fazem barulho por onde passam. Acho complicado pq pode incomodar quem tá descansando. Acredito que um tapete pode resolver isso. Sentimos falta de um suporte para colocar as peças da praia e piscina para secar. Outra sugestão seria ter uma marcação da profundidade da piscina. São apenas sugestões... Amamos o Kastel Jampa! Voltaríamos com toda certeza e indicaria sem medo de errar. Agradeço a todos os colaboradores que fizeram desses dias tão especiais para nós.

O hotel nem parece um hotel, um prédio estranho com dois andares. A recepção muito fraca na cortesia e sem noção de como conversar e orientar o turista. Café da manhã um tumulto geral. Não há mesas suficiente e tinha que esperar vagar ou pedir que limpassem quando estava vaga pois as meninas que ficam no café , embora muito simpáticas , não dão conta do movimento. Então limpam a mesa de qualquer jeito, a mesa onde fica a comida é toda bagunçada, pratos e lixo se amontoam na nossa frente pois a cozinha é tão pequena que deixam tudo fora , a nossa vista. Lixo e pratos sujos num balcão fora da cozinha. As meninas atem e manuseiam tudo com luvas !!! Isto é proibido em qualquer lugar que manuseia comida. Pois pegam lixo e comida para servir com a mesma luva sempre que obviamente está imunda !!!! O chão grudento. O quarto tem muito barulho dos demais quartos e movimentos no corredor. O chaveiro não regula direito a água quente. O papel higiênico é de péssima qualidade , aqueles de tiras pequenas. A paria em frente ao hotel não é boa para mergulho. Vamos trechos dela são impróprios. Além de ter um mar traiçoeiro, em queda. Paguei um quarto de frente para mar e me arrependi. Uma banheira praticamente na frente impede você de cortar a vista e a janela não abre. Muito estranho modelo A localização dele é ruim. Longe de tudo. Bem no final da praia mais calma da cidade. E fica numa quadra com mão ao contrario no sentido fazendo o táxi ter que dar a volta por traz.
