This is a great place to arrive and rest after a long journey. Good place to get into local time zone if you come from far away. Modest and comfortable rooms. Quiet sleep in spite of being near the airport. Good shuttle service. Food availability is very good.

Staff is great, whether front desk, porters, bar, restaurant; rooms are small but very comfortable and clean with all the things you need; 6 minutes from the airport; reliable shuttle to the airport (shuttle will pick you from the airport but it's simpler to just take a taxi). When I have an overnight need at Tambo this is my regular.

Interesting "airplane" decor in the small room. Quirky decor throughout. The hotel is nice but is not as convenient as staying at one of the hotels connected to the airport.
