The system was completely down at check in so my family could get in their room but had no keys. plus they said the vibe was not too safe in that area. they basically stayed overnight and took the tram to the airport to get picked up on their safari

This was a very comfortable, clean hotel. The breakfast was not included with our room, but was very good with lots of hot food options. The dining room was attractive and food was terrific. A shuttle bus to the airport runs regularly. The only difficulty we had was finding the right place to get the shuttle bus from the airport, but that's an airport signage issue. Hightly recommend this hotel.
