I was told over the phone by KD that early Check-In fee was $25. He charged me $35. He wasn't very friendly and at one point during my stay accused me of threatening the staff, which is untrue. There was a gas leak from a city pipeline in the street that was causing noxious gases and foul odors. I was getting headaches and nose bleeds during my stay. There were other people staying there were complaining about it as well. I would like to request a refund.

The room was not clean. The heater did not work right. It was 90 degrees in there. Cleaners left my door open twice for several hours while I was working. I extended my stay for two days, and they did not notify thw morning clerk. She called me at work demanding to know why my stuff was still in the room at 12:07 PM. I checked out and went to another hotel. Take my advice... SO NOT STAY HERE!

This property is in a state of disrepair. The heat/AC units do not work properly. I watched the owner/manager switching units from one room ro another. The first room I was in stayed over 90 degrees. Fridge unplugged and not working. Microwave turntable not working. Cleaners lefr my room door open on two occasions for several hours until I arrived. I had to keep the do not disturb sign on the door because of this. I extended my stay for two days, but they morning clerk was not made aware of it. She called me at work asking me why my stuff was still in the room. I checked out and moved to another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!.

I was extremely pleased the first 3 times I visited. This time was different. I'm disabled. I still cannot do stairs withoit a huge risk of falling. I was given a room where I had to climb stairs or do a lot of walking. The first room she put us in was a no smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room had a damp smell but no smoke. That room however needs the rug cleaned. It turned my socks black. The building we were in this time was completely different than the one we stayed in the other times. I had been bragging to all my family members. My mom lives in Telford with my brother and I try to get there once a month. This particular stay was a disappointment.

Our original room was coded as non-smoking but smelled strongly of smoke. When I called the front desk to change rooms, I was told I had to more to a higher priced room but they would give me a discount. I refused to pay more for what I had already been promised (a non-smoking room), so he agreed to move me but continued to try to upsell me 2 more times. He said the higher priced rooms were so much better than where I was staying. The new room had damp carpets and we left the next morning with bug bites all over. I can only assume from bed bugs. When I went back to look at the reviews of this hotel, over 10 of them had been submitted by “Kathrine” with shout outs to specific staff members and several anonymous ones named specific staff members as well. It seems someone is trying to add more positive reviews than there really are.
