Still Water Flats was built in 2024 and can accommodate multiple families when all five homes are booked together. We are located on the river and entering through the front door of this waterfront property you will be greeted with expansive ceilings, an upscale kitchen, and a modern living room. The living room provides large glass windows which allow you to be immersed in nature while still enjoying the comforts of inside including, hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, private luxurious showers, flat screen TV`s, a fireplace and many gathering places for you and your family/guests/friends! Each stay includes a complimentary bottle of wine and fire starter to enjoy while relaxing by the river and don`t forget to take your Still Water Flats sticker as well! Bring your electronic vehicle as well. We offer level 2 chargers at each of our properties in Still Water Flats.

The home offers 2 bedrooms including 2 full size ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom sits to the right of the living room and features a King-sized bed. Hidden along the left side of the living room wall you will find the unique entrance to the second bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed. Both rooms provide all the plush comfort one needs for a good night’s sleep as well as a flat screen TV and a private entrance onto the back deck of the home. Each ensuite is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.

Through the large sliding glass door you will find a beautiful covered deck surrounded by pristine views of the Watauga River. Here you can sip your morning coffee while swinging on the porch swing, dine under the ambient deck lighting while listening to the sounds of nature or even soak in the private hot tub.

Below the home lies a long grassy strip of river land. Come here to relax in the hammock after spending a lazy day kayaking on the river. Then be sure to settle into the adirondack chairs after building a fire for a perfect end to a great day!

There is one family home which includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Homes are located on the waterfront of Watauga River with easy access to kayaking and fishing. Still Water Flats is located inside of Johnson City, TN with easy access to Kingsport and Bristol. Come visit us and explore the Appalachian Highlands!
