The house is spacious and very close to Joshua tree national park. Grocery stores, restaurants and fast food centers are just a short drive away. For those who plan on using an EV, there is no EV charging station in the house but a Rivian EV station is very closeby. The interior of the house is very clean and the host has stocked the house with condiments, spices, cookware, silverware, ample quantity of bowls, plates. There is a coffee maker. The fridge is clean and spacious. The bathrooms are very clean with required amenities and towels. The common bathroom does not have a fan but has a small window to let fresh air inside. The Garage is spacious for two cars. One observation we had was that it is necessary to wear shoes inside the house as the backyard has some thorns that can stick to clothes or shoes and get stuck in the carpet of the bedrooms. We initially removed our shoes and were surprised by the prickly thorns scattered on the carpet. The host also has a hobby telescope for viewing. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Joshua tree National park.
