This hotel was a great choice In Juazerio. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The pool was relaxing and they were happy to serve food and cocktails. All together a great weekend stay and I’ll come back for sure.

A equipe foi super gentil e cordial, porém as instalações do quarto precisam melhorar. O piso e o vaso sanitário manchado. A janela do banheiro improvisada. Enfim deixou a desejar no acabamento do quarto, pois da uma impressão de sujeira.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã excelente. Porém os chuveiros eu não gosto, pois a sensação é que a água nem bate na gente de tão fina, parece tomar banho com vento, rsrs. Acredito que seja para economizar água. Todo hotel tem isso, mas no Nord tá demais.

O Quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, não entra ventilação direito, o chuveiro não funcionou e mudamos de quarto no dia seguinte. No geral, o hotel está meio abandonado pois já fiquei outras vezes e caiu muito de qualidade vários aspectos.

Cobraram o estacionamento que estava incluso na diária, e o quarto estava com infestação de baratas saindo pelo ralo. Além disso, a limpeza não foi feita corretamente — embaixo da cama havia várias baratas.
