The hot tub room we booked didn’t have heat had an heater attempted to double charge and then mentioned a “deposit fee” which wasn’t mentioned during booking or on site. The front desk attendant was awkward and not friendly.

Broken tiles, crusted and black moldy grout, multiple additional charges, was so dirty I ended up leaving and not even staying the night and would appreciate a refund. I’ve never left a hotel for reasons like this in my life but this hotel is gross

Stay somewhere else. Handprints on the headboard, gross stain on the ottoman, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, one bar of soap between the shower and sink. There was next to nothing for the. Continental breakfast. Not worth the money. Ripped off. Stay somewhere else

I had to switch rooms twice and I was going to stay for 2days but after being switched from nasty room to nasty room I decided to only stay one day. Front desk said I couldn’t get my money back but was free to leave because they didn’t have enough time rent the room out if we leave so I was basically forced to stay. NEVER AGAIN!!! ALSO TOLD FRONT DESK BATHROOM NEEDS CLEANED ITS BLOOD ON THE TOILET SHE SAID HOUSEKEEPING WAS GONE I COULD CLEAN IT MYSELF WHAAAAAT!!!

Cheap and quick to book. Room was pretty spacious and clean. Everything in the room worked. People in the hotel were kinda scary cuz we are from Canada but nothing much. Breakfast was j the basics, coffee, cereal and all.
