I booked a king suite they put us in a standard 2 queen room then told me they arent allowed to change it because i booked online. Thankfully i had proof of what i booked and insisted they change our rooms. Breakfast was pathetic.

The room was clean and comfortable. Lobby well decorated for holidays. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Best travel experience we have had in many years. Will definitely return.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast, but the kids had a blast in the pool and the parents enjoyed the hot tub. Service desk was very helpful throughout the stay.
