Floor in room was filthy. Bathroom tiny and very old. Couldn’t take bath because tub stopper wouldn’t work. Microwave did not work. Thin walls so could hear people talking below us. Desk was never attended. Always outside front doors smoking.

Truly amazed by the speed of check-in. The clerk on duty had her paperwork all ready, spread out on a desk. She seemed to guess which guest I was and just handed over the document to initial. Perfect efficiency! Also, she was pleasant. The lobby, stairs and hallways had been recently upgraded. Room too, although the metal trim needed paint still (other guests had chipped it). That's minor. Standard-issue eggs/sausage/waffle breakfast BUT with the addition of excellent cookies and an orange.

Informed when I checked that the elevator was not operating, and that card scanner on door closest to the stairs to the third floor room was also inoperable. There was a very long thick black hair hanging over the tub, hair in the hand towel, and what appeared to be dog hair around the base of the bed platform. The room A/C worked well and the hotel was quiet and location convenient to I-55 and has restaurants on both sides within 50 yards.

The check in was great. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty. The room was not super clean. The water was murky at best, almost brown when it first came on. The tub did not drain during showering. The bedding was stained and appeared very aged. Great location and close to the interstate and several restaurants in the area.

The room was dirty, hair and contact lens on the floor in the bathroom. Lots of debris on the floor and other people’s hair in the sink like they didn’t even try to have it clean. The place is in obvious disrepair and they are not even trying to the point that there is paint all over, it looks like they let a child paint the ceiling. There is calking all over the bathtub area. Like tubes of it. The staff at the desk answered a call from other staff and stayed on the phone throughout check in and didn’t even ask about our stay on check out. The only positive was the guy cooking breakfast was friendly and did a good job but we didn’t even want to eat there because the whole place was a mess. The floor were sticky in the whole dining area. It was aweful.

Family visit

The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant i even called before arrival and was taken care of. The room was ok floor felt gritty and sticky no tissues in the box. The second floor hall carpet was disgusting and need immediate attention. Breakfast was ok and the gentleman working it was very nice. The pool area was ok but the pool needed a cleaning and chemicals. A lot of dogs at this site even had a lady try to get her dog inside the pool and i had to let her know no pets in the pool area. She wasn't happy about it but sorry no thanks. There was a maintenance man walking up and down the hallway that made us uncomfortable watching which rooms we went in and working and representing the hotel should require a certain attire his shirt had his stomach out clearly didn't fit and butt crack exposed in the back. Definitely some things need attention. We have always enjoyed staying here but this time left us feeling not great about it

We stayed 2 nights. Our room didn't smell very clean when we got there. My kids socks were literally black from walking around the room because the floor was so filthy. The walls were filthy. I never once saw a cleaning person. There was a garbage can located by the elevator on the first floor that was constantly overflowing. There was trash on the floor by one of the exits that was there during our entire stay. The outdoor pool was filthy, no maintenance to clean it. There was a room on our floor taped off with caution tape and duck tape around the entire door... assuming they were treating for bed bugs.
