The general manager, Jami, definitely stands out. She would do it immediately when I had some requests and she would go all the way to fulfill customers' demands. Have never seen a hotel manager did that.

The room was clean,,,,,,except for the penny laying on the floor,,,,,,?? The staff was exceptionally kind and considerate. The bathroom sink tap had water flow that was little more than a drizzle. And when I turned the shower lever, it fell off in my hand. Overall, a very good experience.
