GREAT PLACE!!!! Price topped it off! We are on such a strict budget, this really allowed me, my husband and 2 kids to have a great time for Christmas! Snowboarding at 3pm , Christmas dinner at 7pm. Truly recommend it!

I wanted to advice you of some inconveniences that have occurred with our stay. 1.) We had soiled sheets in our room for the pull out bed and staff brought new ones but denied the soiled sheets were such and stated they were burns? 2.) Noise all thru the night keeping my wife, myself, and my children waking up to loud banging and yelling. Called front desk and security finally settled the issue, but they also started making noises again. 3.). Couch has large stain on back pillows and red chair is ripped in corner. 4.) Woken up to children yelling and riding scooters in hallway outside of our room. 5.) Trails End Cafe was out of pancakes, French toast, etc. Needless to say we are pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay this year. Front desk Manager was very nice and comped us with Snowtubing tickets, but that didn’t take away from the other issues that we had. I’m not one to complain but this was over Christmas and we expected a more enjoyable time with family.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the heated pools and out door jacuzzi. The staff was also really nice I can’t remember everyone’s name but i remember Karin helped us with our check in and then the younger staff from the Trails end cafe were all nice and helpful. Only downside I think the tubing is overpriced especially if we are already staying at the hotel their should offer a discount for hotel guests. I’ve done tubing elsewhere at a lower rate and without a time limit. The room was nice and clean very spacious and beds we’re comfortable.

Staff was amazing, front desk supervisor was great at accommodating our activities. Instructors for snowboarding and skiing were excellent and very patient. The grounds and hotel are kept in great condition. Just an observation on housekeepers can do a little better with rooms. Otherwise we will be returning it was a very enjoyable stay.
