The condo was in a great location, right across from shopping and a quick walk to the beach.It was stocked was pretty much everything you needed in the kitchen for your own dining and cooking. I loved having the large lanai that over looked at the golf course for sunset and breakfast a few mornings. We would rent again!

Stayed for five days in December. Loved the property- clean, spacious and perfect for a family with little ones. The kitchen had everything you'd need to cook, if you are so inclined. The lanai was beautiful and the kids spent a lot of time out there. The host and property management were very thoughtful and communicative. Definitely recommend!

My group had a wonderful stay at this Kaanapali condo. It had everything we needed from king size beds to washer and dryer. They even had some chairs and snorkels to borrow for a beach day! Location is about a 15 min walk to Whalers village. We would stay again!

Great for families, close to Whalers

Loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the place. I also LOVED and appreciated it was well stocked in staples like dish and laundry soap, spices, etc, everything you need to be comfortable for a week or two! Location was great, but I wish there was a walking path shortcut through the golf course :-/ Communication with host was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment.

We had an amazing time staying at Nicki’s wonderful apartment. The unit was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive and communication was great. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the large balcony, including the sunsets. So overall, it was simply amazing.

great accommodations!

immaculate accommodations with most everything there to properly cook, entertain and slumber. The host replied to all our queries within minutes. The only drawback we found was some early mornings lawn/yard care could be heard from the golf course area. this noise made the lanai less appealing to hang out on then.

Excellent Property, Great Amenities

We were pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities offered with this unit. They had beach equipment so we only had to rent snorkels, laundry supplies, beach towels, a great ice machine that kept up with our coolers, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided and all of the basics you would need in the kitchen. The owners are awesome to work with and the unit was super clean and beds were so comfortable! I can’t say enough good things- thank you for a great vacation with our grown kids! It is so hard to get together after the kids are grown and this was such an awesome vacation!

Amazing Property and Great Hospitality!!

This was the best VRBO experience we have had to date! Rick and Nicki made our stay fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The property and amenities were just as described. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the lanai. The condo was clean and spacious. We appreciated the use of the beach gear (chairs, towels, etc.). You can walk to the beaches on either side of the black rock within 10-15 minutes. It’s a beautiful walk around the golf course. We will be staying here again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful, quiet place, large enough for family of 5

We came to escape the cold, and couldn’t have been more pleased. The place was just like presented in the pictures, and the hosts were incredible. Great communication, and they had a book with all the information you could think of needing. The lanai was very spacious, and a great area for the family to sit out, enjoy the weather, and watch the golfers. Kids really enjoyed the pool area. Definitely would stay again. The only downside (if there is one) would be the beach was a little too far to walk with chairs and beach toys, and kids in tow. Ended up having to drive and pay for parking.

Amazing Condo-Home away from Home- Excellent Hosts!

We have stayed at many spot in Maui, this condo quickly became our favorite! Condo is furnished with everything that you could think to need while visiting Maui. Great view of the golf course! Very clean. all appliances are top of the line products. Furnishing was nice. Lanai is where we spent most of our time. Beautiful view morning and night from condo. Thank you so much Rick and Nicki for sharing your wonderful condo with us. We will be back!

Wonderful Condo, Great Location

Our first experience using VRBO was wonderful thanks to Nicki and Rick. My family stayed at their beautiful condo in Maui and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, beautiful and well equipped with everything a family needs to feel at home. The beds were comfortable and we all got a great night’s sleep which was really important to us. The condo had a lot of privacy, a great view of the golf course and it was very quiet. The location was walking distance from Black Rock Beach, Whalers Village and all the hot spots. Parking was easy just feet away from the door. The property was well kept and very safe. Our son enjoyed shooting baskets on the court. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui! Mahalo for the wonderful hospitality!

We really enjoyed staying in the condo in the spring 2017. Response from the owner was always fast and efficient. Condo was very clean and property was exactly as was shown on the pictures. There was everything needed for vacation and for the beach!!! We really enjoyed quiet neighborhood and beautiful golf court as 'backyard '. Really nice place to stay and our boys (11 and 9 years old) want to move 'as soon as possible' in there b/c its nice and it has everything they need. Nicki and Rick watch out :-)))))))) We had great time and we felt like we are in our home. We recommend it for everyone!

Fabulous Stay!

We were SO impressed by this property and the owners! All communication was fast and clear. Nicki was friendly and all the information we needed pre-arrival was sent with plenty of time before our rental dates. The property was clean, spacious, well-appointed, and in a perfect location for vacationers! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals and there were laundry supplies, guide books, plenty of beach towels and beach accessories. The lanai was very big and west fronting so we enjoyed watching the sunset while relaxing at the end of a busy day on Maui. There are BBQ grills and a nice pools on the property (and golf and tennis courts if you’re so inclined!). Parking and trash/recycling right near the unit. Can’t say enough about our excellent experience here. Will definitely be repeat visitors when we’re next on Maui! Loved every minute of it!

Never tried VRBO nor been to Maui. Excellent location & fabulous condo with all ammenities.

The condo is so very lovely with plenty of room. We felt extremely comfortable. This is the first time I have used VRBO and I must admit I was apprehensive but Nicki & Rick always answered my messages promptly which put me at ease. The condo has everything one needs for a stay on this magical island. The rooms are large, fantastic shower, and the beds are comfortable, even the euro beds/sofas are very comfortable. The condo has appliances, dishes, pots & pans, towels, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, soft coolers and many, many more. We felt secure being in a gated community and even more secure being on the second floor. After exploring Maui during our stay, we found Kaanapali Royal a nice clean & classy area of the island. Lahaina is a great town nearby with excellent shopping in Old Lahaina. Ka'anapali has an awesome beach, several fantastic Luaus at different hotels on the strip, and Black Rock, where the traditional torch lighting is held at every sunset, all within walking distance. Not to mention Ka'anapali is close to Napilli & Kapalua which have fantastic beaches as well. Mahalo Nicki & Rick for letting us stay in you wonderful home away from home. We very much enjoyed it.
