Konea 139 is among the very finest and largest 2 bedroom condos in the entire resort. It is one of the larger two bedroom condos with a big private wrap around lanai. First floor location makes it very convenient to access. **
Dine on the lanai or inside the condo. The beautiful kitchen in this condo offers all Bosch appliances. All granite counter tops and full granite backsplash add to the gorgeous refined feel. TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 18.712%. subject to change.

Taxes are paid to the state of Hawaii and County of Maui based on the guest’s dates of stay. Any changes to the current tax rate will be charged or refunded to the guests depending on the increase or decrease.

OCCUPANCY:
Additional Guests of any age (infants and toddlers included) are strictly prohibited without prior approval. If approved, a fee of $100+tax per day will be added to the reservation for each additional guest.

******All stays of over 13 nights require a mid stay clean. The mid stay cleaning fee is $225 plus tax and must be paid prior to guest's arrival******

We have a collection of beautiful condos in Kaanapali in Kaanapali Shores, Honua Kai and Maui Kai

Gracefully and attractively furnished - new kitchen, large living room with sofa-bed, dining for 4 and 3 bar stools, and a large private lanai featuring new patio furniture. Amenities include central air conditioning, walk-in showers, separate tub, and natural stone counters.
