GOLF COURSE UNIT - NO STAIRS!

Walk right out of your condo onto the spacious covered lanai just feet away from the beautiful Keauhou golf course with an ocean view across the course, you will never want to leave!
Roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath (end unit)condo with parking nearby, and no stairs. Located at the southern end of Country Club Villas, it's a very private and quiet setting for your Hawaii vacation. Lots of windows and sliders let in the light as well as letting the breeze come through the condo.

The master bedroom also opens up to the lanai, and has a king bed and private bath with large shower. The guest room has a queen bed and is adjacent to the full bath with a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped with most everything you might need in the way of small appliances such as coffee maker, blender, toaster etc.
A large, open living area includes dining table with seating for 6, TV and comfortable living room furnishings. All linens, including beach towels, are included. There is a window AC unit in the living room only.
Guests for Week of Aug 12th must park in a visitor space due to exterior construction.
Country Club Villas has 3 pools, hot tubs and 2 tennis courts. One of the pools is just a short walk from your condo.
***Temporary Walkway is in place in the unit above ours due to exterior work is in place until construction commences in November*** There will be ongoing exterior work at Country Club Villas through November.
Your property manager is located in Kona town, about 5 miles away. For shopping, you also have the Keauhou Shopping Center with grocery store, Paradise Found ladies clothing store, Long's Drug, several places to eat, gas station, Kalona Beauty Salon, a "Spin Gym", 2 or 3 nice art galleries, and a bookstore. There are many other shopping and dining options in Kona Town, of course.

There is a 7 night minimum stay requirement at all times, with 10 night minimum in high season.

First and most important is the location is wonderful. The place needs to be updated/upgraded. I contacted the host upon arrival about ceiling fan not working, came right over and said he would take care of it. Three weeks later no call back or fixed fan. Many things need attention. Overall would stay again unless I find something better.

À notre arrivée, l'endroit semblait propre, mais nous avons trouvé beaucoup de cafards et il y avait des centaines d'insectes sur le comptoir continuellement. Il était impossible de les éliminer. La firme de gestion a répondu rapidement pour nous laisser des trappes à cafards et sont venu en mettre d'autres en plus d'arroser. Les centaines d'insectes journalier y était toujours présents. Une toilette coulait et seulement du scellant a été appliqué, donc elle coule toujours. La firme de gestion répondait rapidement. L'endroit semble à l'abandon et pour maximiser revenus. Régulièrement, on nous prenait notre place de stationnement, donc il fallait composé avec un stationnement plus loin. Ce ne fut pas une expérience reposante. Les 3 piscines sont agréables et la vue sur l'océan fait toute la différence. Les fenêtres étaient très sales et impossible d'ouvrir les portes patios, car trop d'insectes qui entrent et toiles d'araignées. Évidemment, ce sont les tropiques, mais plusieurs autres endroits étaient mieux pour cet aspect. Les ustensiles étaient sales à notre arrivé. Plomberie désuète, robinet de douche qui fuit. Nous faisions la vaisselle à chaque repas et nous sortions les poubelles à tous les jours. Manque de sacs de poubelle pour sortir les poubelles toujours et y mettre les cafards trouvés. Il y a de l'équipement comme board, masque, palmes, mais ils sont très vieux. L'environnement semble sécuritaire et épicerie à proximité.

This rental property was perfect for all our needs. It was very clean, had everything we needed for 10 days. The washing machine and dryer allowed us to take home clean clothes instead of having a loy of dirty things to deal with. The location was perfect. We had a rental car, but we walked a lot and saved a ton on parking. Since most of the parking in the area was metered.. would definitely stay here again!

Loved the unit and location! End, bottom unit on edge of golf course with patio overlooking ocean and 20 steps up to community pool, what's not to like. Grocery store, shaved ice and restaurants across the street also very convenient.

So Relaxing and peaceful

Very clear and responsive communications. Very spacious and well stocked villa. The only things I could wish for is updated lighting, more outlets, and a larger kitchen garbage can. The view is so fabulous I have no idea if the TV works. Parking was great and so were the neighbors. Loved staying here.

The property was well located near Keauhou Bay with shopping located near by a Keaubou Bay and easy access to the highway and roads into Kailua town. The condo was clean and well laid out, and missing supplies were quickly provided when asked for.

Disappointing

The rental agents were wonderful! The property not so much. Too close to the road & noisy. On ground floor so had to lock doors at night, thus stuffy. Poorly equipped kitchen & didn’t even have a large spoon! I could go on! Did have good beach equipment though.. Refrigerator went out & spent last 3 days with a cooler. Agents were very helpful! Won’t be staying there again.

Paradise on the Greens

Condo was bright, clean and roomy with an ocean view from the kitchen and living room. Master bedroom opens up to the lanai. It Is on the south end of the property so it was somewhat private and is next to one of the the pools (there are 3 pools on this property). It was perfect for a nightly dip in the jacuzzi and pool while watching the sunset, and it was never crowded. We also liked that it was very close to supermarket and restaurants so we could get our poke right down the street. Condo was equipped with snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella which we appreciated very much. We picked this condo because it looked nice and bright and it was priced accordingly! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our family and friends. Mahalo Abby and Alice! We hope to return next year..
