House Rules
1. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors during this time and refrain from loud talking, music, or other noise. Please keep respectful noise levels at all times.
2. Pets are not permitted in the unit or common areas.
3. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or common areas. There is a designated smoking area by the mailboxes and bulletin board.
4. Drinking alcohol is not permitted in common areas. Please keep drinking of alcohol and all open alcohol containers inside your unit.
5. Please make sure all food is tightly sealed and stored appropriately to avoid pests. This unit receives quarterly pest control. Please note that in tropical climates, ants and other pests can appear rapidly. Please take the time to clean the kitchen counter after each use and properly store away food. For anything excessive, please report to property management.
6. Please turn off all lights and fans when not in use and when exiting the condo. Hawaii has the highest energy costs in the nation - more than twice the national average!
7. Please take caution when operating the garbage disposal. Make sure that the sink has a steady stream of water running into it and do not place excessive food items in the garbage disposal. In the event the disposal becomes clogged due to over filling, you will be charged for necessary plumbing services.
8. Please do not feed the birds or other wildlife.
9. Enjoy the pool and please observe the posted rules.
10. Do not hang anything on the lanai handrail that might fall down.
11. The on-site management team works hard to keep the lawn and landscaping looking nice. Please respect their hard work and respect the common areas.
