Relaxing Kailua-Kona 2 bed/2 bath condo with central AC across street from beach

The comfort of home with this two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in the perfect location for your Kona vacation. The ocean is located directly across the street from the complex. Walking distance to Magic Sands Grill and the Poke Shack! The interior decor provides a relaxing environment and the calmness of Aloha. The condo has central AC and ceiling fans in every room for constant comfort. Wi-Fi is provided and can be used throughout the complex. The kitchen is stocked with items necessary to prepare your meals. The living room has ample seating, a large screen smart TV, and lanai access. The master bedroom contains a king size bed, closet, a smart TV, and lanai access. A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is contained within. The guest bedroom contains a queen size bed and ample closet storage. The guest bathroom also contains a shower/tub combination. A Pack-n-Play and portable booster/high chair available in the condo. All linens and towels are provided. The living room also contains a pull out sofa bed. The lanai is a great place to relax and listen to the sounds of the nearby waves, with a beautiful tropical view. There is only a limited ocean view from the lanai. Four beach chairs, one umbrella, and an ice chest are provided for guest use. One designated parking stall is included, which is located just beneath the condo next to the stairwell. The condo is located on the second floor of the building. There is an elevator to the complex, however (6) steps are still required. The facility has a heated community pool and spa and several BBQ grills. Enjoy the Koi Ponds on the way to the pool, it has beautiful landscaping!

Our stay at Hōlualoa Village was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location couldn’t have been better—close to beaches, great local restaurants, and stunning ocean views that made every morning and evening feel special. We especially loved sitting বইর with coffee at sunrise and unwinding in the evenings with the sound of the waves.The hosts were fantastic—responsive, welcoming, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear and helpful.If you’re looking for a perfect home base in Kona—whether for adventure or pure relaxation—this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Big Island.

This apartment was perfect for my visit. Situated amidst trees with birds singing their lovely songs, it was quiet and right across the street from the ocean. Centrally located, there were restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, and places to rent snorkel gear if you needed it (which I did) within easy distance! The check in process was super easy, and our hosts were so kind and communicated in a very timely fashion if there were any questions. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and well taken care of. I appreciate that they had beach towels to use. Loved the beach view across the street.My only constructive feedback would be that it would be nice if either of the bathrooms had fans. Also the front entry to the condos is not lit up and it was hard to spot as we got there after dark.

Top notch! This property was the perfect spot for our family to experience Kona: A short drive to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling, La'aola Beach for relaxing, Keauhou Bay for manta snorkeling, Ali'i Gardens Marketplace for local/handmade souvenirs, KTA and Safeway for necessities. With easy access out of Ali'i Dr, we were able to get north to Kaloko-Honokohau in 25 mins to enjoy the turtle watching and gorgeous sunsets.The unit was extremely well stocked and offered all the essentials for us to enjoy our meals, or pack them for the beach!Everyone in our group was completely comfortable with the building, unit and amenities (aka pool which is beautiful!) and mentioned many times how sad they were to have to leave.Thank you for hosting us in this amazing location. We hope to be booking again in the future!
Walking distance: Public accss at Ali'i Dr and Ke'Alohi Kai Pl. Turtles and tide pools.

We will be booking here again! It was a great set up. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Lots of space to move around and the large balcony was a BONUS. We loved the location and appreciated having chairs and boogie boards to takw to the beach. ANOTHER BONUS, AIR CONDITIONING! We did not use the pool area at all since we were there for a wedding but it looked amazing. We truly felt at home. We're bringing our familes back and will be fighting for this condo!

We had a lovely stay at Von's property - there was a HUGE lanai that is very private and so quiet, perfect for the morning coffees! The unit itself was spotless with very comfy beds and furniture. There was an abundance of towels, including for the beach/pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with every gadget you'd need to make a feast. Von's instructions were very clear and easy, and he responded to messages promptly. A very short walk away was Da Poke Shake (delicious) a market and seaside tacos. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

The apartment was very clean and contained everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The pool area was very nice. We also enjoyed the lanai and sitting there in the morning with coffee. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach towels , beach bad and coolers.

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Kona while visiting family. The location couldn't have been more perfect for exploring Kona and beyond. The space was immaculately clean with stunning views that we enjoyed every morning and evening. Our family felt comfortable and truly loved the atmosphere.Access to the washer and dryer was a lifesaver, especially after adventurous days hiking, swimming, and exploring the island. The pool was a delightful way to unwind after long days spent with family. We cherished moments watching geckos, listening to morning birdsongs, and the soothing sound of the ocean nearby.We're already planning our return because of how much we enjoyed our stay. If there's anything to suggest, it would be to consider adding small night lights in the bathrooms, hallway, Livingroom, and kitchen. As a guest who wakes up during the night, having these soft, low-light options would provide added comfort.Thank you for providing such a memorable experience. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful place! Hidden gem, very spacious, provided everything you will need and our favorite was the porch in the back. The pool area was super nice. So close to everything and I would stay here again. AC worked great and super clean. It was prefect.

Great stay in paradise

Condo was well supplied with cookware (pots and pans), spices, and storage containers which were great for cooking. The condo had plenty of towels, both bath and beach towels. Lots of extra amenities for the beach like coolers, beach mat, chairs, etc. Great location and communication. Comfortable beds, pillows, and extra blankets. The pool was really warm and the hot tub was amazing after long days.

Vi havde 5 skønne dage i lejligheden og nød det fuldt udrustede køkken, udsigten til palmer og de bløde og behagelige senge. Lejligheden var meget ren og havde alt vi behøvede. Desværre havde vi nogle MEGET larmende overboer som holdte os vågne flere mætte med trampen, råben mm. Ellers var det er roligt kvarter med flere skønne spots indenfor gåafstand.

Our family of 4 stayed here on our first trip to Hawaii and it was perfect for our needs. The condo itself is clean and comfortable with a nice lanai on the back side. The beds are comfortable and the living space is exactly what we needed as a home base for our day excursions. It is close to Kona, Walmart, Target, great food, and the Manta Ray excursions. It is not far from great beaches. There are a few small beach parks across the street that are great for catching the sunset. Von is a great host!

Von was incredibly responsive, the unit was very well stocked with everything you could need. The lanai was a highlight as it felt like we were in nature and had lots of privacy.
