The Vista Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and updated and the views of kamloops are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpfull, location is really good with lots of shopping and food options around, and we cant wait to stay here again.

Almost completely renovated. Clean, new bedding and towels. Quiet location. No handrails in washroom, will need to ask for bath mat as tub was slippery.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Welcoming, kind, interested in our travel. The rooms were clean, quiet, and roomy. The only thing missing, is kitchen accessory. Would have been nice to have a kettle and microwave. The fridges are large. Breakfast options were limited selection but available

Friendly staff and a clean room in an updated motel. Not much to see out the window - grassy hill, but it was fine for a one night stay. The bed was ok, but seemed to have a plastic mattress cover which gave it a bit of a stiff feeling.The breakfast to go was convenient.

Our stay at the Vista Inn was adequate. Bathroom needed a deep clean, but was what I would describe as "surface" clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would be nice if the rooms had sheer curtains as well as blackout curtains. Natural light is my preference, but its awkward leaving the curtains open in the day when anyone who walks by your room can see directly in.

We had some challenges with the room cleanliness- first room the floor had mud on it and tub was dirty, then next room one of the beds had stained sheets. GM was happy to hear feedback and I know it’s hard to get good staff. It’s a good location to be close to foods and downtown. Nice view from room.

Wasn't greatest experience

We book king room after checking in front desk and went to our room. Turn out wasnt king room it was two double beds.. when i went back to office they said there was issue with king room. It something they should of said before we check in

Staff was extremely pleasant and the rooms are clean and renovated. A small but unfortunate aspect of this property then I noticed on several separate visits, is that the parking lot seems to be a local hang out for young men in the late evenings. They never bothered us with interactions. Simply loud.
