This detached, refurbished villa with a thatched roof is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, which could or could not be set up as a double bed, and a second bathroom with shower or bathtub and a toilet. A storage room makes it complete.

Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including two sun loungers. The villa has parking space for one car.
