Juniper Heights 2/2+Hot Tub
Whether you are visiting family and friends, participating in one of the many events Kanab hosts throughout the year, or exploring beautiful Southern Utah, our home will provide a comfortable place to relax and recharge. This home includes two well-appointed master bedrooms; a spacious, stocked kitchen; and outdoor areas to calm the senses.
A well-stocked coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar to help you either welcome the day or prepare for a peaceful night's rest is located next to the full-sized refrigerator. Other kitchen appliances include a gas range, full-sized oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and large crockpot. A private washer and dryer allows for personal laundering during your stay - we also provide an iron and ironing board, if you need to use them.
Enjoy an early morning beverage as you watch the sun rise from a private balcony overlooking the eastern horizon. You may see hot air balloons or airplanes just above the beautiful sandstone cliffs. Exhilarating hiking paths are within walking or biking distance - or drive to one of the many national or state parks within 90 minutes in any direction.
If you bring your own ATVs to explore the Coral Pink Sand Dunes or your boat to make a day trip to Lake Powell or Sand Hollow, there is off-road parking available on site. We have a hot tube available for use (it, along with the backyard amenities, is shared with guests in the second on-site unit).
At the end of the day (or the middle of the day - you're on vacation! :)), return to the quiet comfort of our home. You may even spot the resident mule deer that roam the neighborhood - do be careful as you drive, they could be anywhere. Evening is a lovely time to either enjoy a streaming movie, one of our DVDs, play a board game, or play lawn games in the backyard until it’s dark enough to lie back and gaze at the stars above.
CAUTION: This unit is entirely upstairs and may not be appropriate for young children or those who have difficulty navigating stairs.
