The property was good, neat, and clean, and overall we had a decent experience. The pool is also good and well maintained. However, there are a few areas that need improvement.
The food was quite overpriced and, unfortunately, not very good in taste. There were also some issues with water availability and electricity cuts during the daytime, which was inconvenient.
Regarding the staff, Pradeep was very helpful and quick to respond, and I really appreciate his support. However, Preetham was not answering calls or responding to messages properly, which made communication difficult.
The private pool is nice, but I felt that too many chemicals were being used in the pool water. The water should ideally be crystal clear and properly balanced. After swimming, the color of my white clothes changed, which suggests the chemical levels may have been too high. I would recommend checking and maintaining the pool’s chemical balance more carefully.
Overall, the property is good, clean, and has potential for a very comfortable stay. Addressing these issues would make the experience much better for guests.
