The room had a good view, was cozy, and clean. I'm giving it 3 stars because the floor felt sticky and the toilet had visible urine from several days ago. The bathroom door isn't very private if you're traveling with family. Other than that, it's very nice and the breakfasts are good. I didn't report anything to the restroom. Honestly, after so many hours of driving on the highway, the best thing you can hope for is to arrive and rest in a CLEAN place. It's uncomfortable.. Other than that, it's a good place.

For the price it's an ok stay. There are upkeep challenges in the rooms-paint worn off behind chairs, rainheads that don't work but overall not terrible and good location.

I will start by saying that every interaction I had with the staff was fantastic. Everyone there was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping or answering questions. The property itself was lackluster. From the awkward vehicle entry and parking gate situation to the tacky no smoking signs plastered all over the front of the building. The carpet in the hallway is filthy and full of stains. There is only one functional elevator. Another guest told me she had stayed there 4 times in the last 3 months and the elevator had not worked that entire time. My room was directly above the only entry gate from the parking lot to the front of the hotel. I heard the gate slam every time anyone used it. I had to stream noise through my phone so I could sleep through the night. The property simply needs updating.

The bathroom was not cleaned. The bathing had mold in it the sink drain was crusty and had hair in it. The bathroom smelt like a wet sour stinky sock. The whole tube leaked massive amounts of water from the bottom looked like it was sealed poorly as a quick fix. There was paint splattered all over bathroom wall paper. There was a water stain and what looked like mold above the sink in the bathroom. When we walked from parking lot to the gate that let’s you in from parking lot there was a huge oil spill on side walk and almost slipped fell on my butt. Had to tell 3 people before got cleaned up. Online pictures definitely must be years old because the whole hotel seemed to be falling apart. Front desk did nothing but say will put it out of service.

The water pressure was low, the top overhead shower head did not work. They only brought us towels one time for a 3 night stay and did nothing else. A food truck was parked outside of our window until 3:30 am one night / early morning. The removeable shower nozzle did not want to stay in a good position to shower.

Great stay!

I loved the vibe of the hotel, they offer gated parking for $15 extra a day which was nice! The room was fantastic, the only thing I have any sort of issue was that the bed wasn’t comfortable for me or my wife, but I’m assuming that’s because we’ve got back problems. I LOVED the water fall shower.

This is a beautiful hotel reasonably priced with a good location. We did not mind at all paying $15 for parking on site. It was easy and convenient.

Not the fanciest room, but it was good in all the ways that matter. The beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and convenient and had soft water. There is fenced parking so I wasn’t worried about my car. It was a good price and it was 10 minutes from the Midland Theatre where our concert was. It was also 10 minutes from The Plaza with lots of shopping and restaurants!
