Enter through the grand foyer, where you’re greeted with stained glass windows, warm lighting, a cozy bench for removing shoes, and an additional accent chair. The character of this home shines through from the moment you arrive.
Living Room
Kick back and relax on the soft leather couch or enjoy a game night in this inviting and comfy living space. Two additional chairs offer plenty of seating for your group to gather and watch a movie on the 50" Smart TV loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the essentials, the kitchen includes plates, cookware, utensils, and more. While there isn’t a conventional oven, the space includes:
Two large toaster oven/air fryers
Gas stovetop
Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, and pour-over setup
A variety of K-cups, creamer, and sugar
A convenient half bath is also located just off the kitchen area.
Dining Room
The dining room, open to the living area, features a beautiful wood table and plush upholstered chairs that seat up to 8 guests—perfect for shared meals, card games, or conversations late into the evening.

(Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is no fenced in space at this home but the neighborhood is perfect for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
