Once inside our home, you'll enjoy the convenience of an open, fully-stocked kitchen and dining area that seats up to 8 guests. Enjoy the big game, or a fun movie, on the large LED smart TV in the living room. The first floor master bedroom features a king bed and smart TV. Fully renovated bathroom downstairs has bathtub/shower. Additional first floor bedroom has queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. Upstairs bathroom is also renovated with a spacious walk-in shower. For our guests' enjoyment, we provide ultra fast fiber internet for streaming or remote working. Stackable washer/dryer is conveniently located downstairs in the master bedroom. Our listing boasts a large, fenced backyard that is perfect for bringing your furry friend! You'll also enjoy a fire pit, patio, and grill to enjoy on a nice evening! Driveway parking and street parking available.

The West Plaza is directly west of The Country Club Plaza shopping district and offers a quiet and convenient place to stay while being within walking distance from shops and restaurants. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our house is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.

overalll we enjoyed this property but have never had such strict checkin policy's. We arrived early to our destination and found things to do until about 330 so we went to the property and waited a half hour to get into the house. Early check in would have cost an additional 53.00. And the door would not unlock until 4. Also the drive way was somewhat steep when you parked.

The house is in a great location if you want to go to the plaza for shopping. Rooms are ok, bare minimum which is ok. Doors and floors very creaky but part of an old house. Had 3 couples, so sitting on the sofa was a bit cramped. Directions for check in and check out were a bit confusing but we figured it out. It is run by a management company, not a sole owner. The company did check to see how things were. They will charge for early check in, we asked to check in around 1:00 p.m. or 1:30 p.m. Check in is usually 4:00 p.m. They wanted another 50! They also have a 250 hold that I guess I did not see.
