When we checked in at 7:30pm, the receptionist was on her cell phone the entire time talking to someone that did not sound business related. The check in process would have gone much easier if she would have taken care of us, the customer, first and then talked to her friend. On the 3rd day of our stay, the air conditioning in our room went out about 7:30pm. I called the front desk and same receptionist told me that maintenance had left for the day. I asked her what are we supposed to do? She said we could come get a fan that only somewhat helped in the hot room. Thankfully, it wasn't 100degrees outside! The next morning I inquired at the reception desk if anyone had reported that our A/C was out. She said no so wrote it down. Maybe about 2pm the A/C was finally fixed. We decided to check out early as our business was complete. We checked out about 3pm and did not stay our last night. The room was relatively clean. Most stay were very pleasant. Breakfat was great but I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Outside area was dirty and in need of repair. My rooms bathroom was halfway broken and the paint job everywhere except the main area was done very poorly. It felt like a cheap motel.

Our team stayed here for the weekend. Had several rooms with mold, water damage, peeling wallpaper, dirty w/blood stains on one of the suite’s foldout beds, and black things on the mattresses. The hotel management on Friday evening acknowledged they knew some of our rooms had these things and stated that, “…they try not to book people in those rooms.” Our room had no AC and when we asked for it to be checked, we were given a dirty box fan. During our second night stay, one entire wall of the room lost complete power, spoiling all of our food in the refrigerator and no power to run the box fan. It’s sad that this hotel has gone downhill so quickly. My daughter and I stayed here a year ago for her tournament and had zero issues.

The pool was freezing. We could hear everything from inside our room. The noise from the lobby and pool area was very loud, and happened until well after midnight. The breakfast was subpar. To charge for a breakfast that wasn’t very good is ridiculous.

Comfortable overnight stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson. Though it was only an overnight stay, it was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was excellent. Our only issue was with the front desk help. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and doing their best, but they forgot to return my ID to me. I had to call them to get it mailed back to me. I must take some of the blame for not making sure they returned it. But this should not be the case at a well run, first class hotel. Their service and care for the customer's well being should be their top priority.

Well firsf my room card did not work waited 25 minutes for new cards next The restaurant and bar was not open don't know why but was told been closed for a while then I went to the pool the pool was so to be heated it' wasn't the hot tub was nice except for the timer Was broken I went to tell The lady about the pool and hot tub she' was rude and condescending towards me I went to My room then got ready undid The sheet's there was bugs in the bed next in the morning couldn't sleep because of the bugs took a shower with 3 inches of water that was it' I checked out I will never say at that hotel ever again
