The windows were drafted and the room was so cold. Turning up thermostat was so noisy and it rattled all night. Bathroom has no exhaust so cold room and trying to shower made a rain forest effect in bathroom to the point you could not get ready in the morning. The elevator also was not working and I had to carry luggage downstairs.

The hotel is a great old hotel layout is amazing, the bad is maintaining the property over the years has not happened, only one operating elevator , the other one is slow and usually busy . Also restaurant bar adjacent is only open Friday ; Saturday, The staff are great and pleasant to deal with , housekeeping do a great job , overall hotel stay is good value for the money if you’re stay for $65 -70 a night .

I expected better from a Radisson. The hotel is old and the renovations are substandard. The room renovation was better than the rest of the hotel. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Several people were in the entryway smoking. This was evertime we entered or left the hotel. The price was less than other hotels, because of the location and condition of the hotel explains the price.
