I didn’t like the fact that they sent me to a part of the hotel that look like it was very old and dirty and unsafe. They told me to go one way to find my room and when I couldn’t find the room, I had to go all the way back to the check-in desk and ask for assistance to find the room and then they took me a totally different way and the numbers did even match up so it was so inconvenient to try to find your room. And then the heat didn’t work in the room and maintenance apparently was already gone so I had to deal with it. They didn’t offer another room. They just didn’t seem too concerned. I’ve stayed at this hotel prior. It was very happy with the service but this time the service was very poor and very unsatisfying and I will never stay with this hotel again

Requested room change two nights consecutively due to AC not working in the room. Staff member stated maintenance would check AC and was never checked. Was rather given a space heater with a fan for “cooling”

Rooms clean and updated. Hallways need new carpet very dirty, and lots of stains. People in hallway yelling at 5 am doors to rooms not sound proof. They have a gap causing noises in hallway to enter room. When we arrived they told us the room we booked wasn’t available now but they did give us a room similar to the one we booked.

I arrived at 1:30am, I was extremely tired and just wanted to sleep. My first room was on 4th floor at the very end of the hallway. When I entered the room I discovered that the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the front desk, the second room was on floor 3 at the end of the hallway. I walked in and the room was over 80 degrees. The thermostat was not working and there was no way to cool the room down. I went back to the front desk, the 3rd room was in a different area of the hotel, the night clerk went to the room to ensure the room would work. I am glad he did escort me to the room, because the key ended up not working. He had the master and let me in. He later returned with an updated key and a voucher for free breakfast. I attempted to try the breakfast and it didn't have any food that I would desire to eat. Overall the experience was less than positive.

The pillows were flat, they didn't have extra blankets, and the bed was uncomfortable. Some of that was to be expected, but the lack of pillows and blankets was frustrating. That's literally the easiest thing a hotel can do.
