It was overall a poor experience. We had got there after a long day out being at a concert around midnight. I had already paid online and everything and was told that any online reservation requires a 100 dollar cash deposit. And I don’t carry cash on me, it’s 2025 I use cards. Luckily my friend had exactly 100 on themselves. So yeah it was no where in the description that we needed cash for a deposit, we were told we get it when we check out in the morning. (We did get it back) anyways the cleanliness was much to be desired.
We got into our room, and there was hair in the fridge, the room smelled musty. And the shower curtain had mold on it. I took a video of said shower curtain.
The tv was dirty, and I saw no WiFi access ? Very poor quality. The only thing I will say was decent was the bed. The bathroom had no fan so when you take a shower be prepared for no ventilation.
The room was not cleaned very well and overall I wouldn’t go again alone for the misleading and a cash deposit having to be made.
Also the clerk had the audacity to ask if there was anything they needed to be aware of (as if we broke something in less than 7hrs.) as we checked out. We didn’t even bother with the breakfast, we just wanted out. I don’t think I’ll ever go back and I’ll stick with Airbnb forever.
