Property was very clean. We arrived to the hotel at 2AM and staff were welcomed and professional. Room was very nice, clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and there was staff at the breakfast area keeping everything clean. They also offer extended parking in a very reasonable rate in comparison to the airport parking. They also provide a shuttle to the airport. After a 12 hour flight, spouse and I were very pleased with the hotel and service.

The room was clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The person who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. I had booked two rooms. One for my husband and I, and the other for my 86 year old mother-in-law. We were disappointed my MIL was up on the 4th floor and we were on the garden level. Before we even dropped our bags in our room, I went right back to the front desk to ask if we could be closer to mom. Unfortunately, there was a completely different person at the desk who was not as friendly and she abruptly said it was not available to change the room. We were disappointed, but it was more the attitude that irritated me. Courtesy and a smile can go a long way if you want repeat business.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good shower and beds. Breakfast was ready at 7AM sharp with free coffee. We also appreciate the gated parking lot as we had clothes and other items in the car. Great stay for the price. I would highly recommend to others.
