The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were there for three days. No one made our beds or take out the trash. On the second day, someone left some bottle water and some towels outside the room. On our last day, I placed a note on the door saying please clean our room! When we returned, there were four bottles of water outside our room. No fresh towels and no one made our bed or empty the trash! We were out of toilet paper and fresh towels! Our trash cans were overflow! When I checked out, I mentioned the problem to the front desk. They said they would investigate! I wanted to thank everyone at the front desk! They were super nice. The house keeping staff needs more training! Thank you.

This is my second time visiting Holiday Inn Express Kaohsiung. Warming welcome upon arriving, professional check-in experience, and the front desk team were helpful. As a Member of IHG, choices of drinks were provided, and luckly, we were upgraded to the highest floor this time. The room 1607 has limited view of the Love River, room size is not large, but comfortable. Pillows and great, although the queen sized bed may fell tiny.( in the other hand, it must be good for couples...) Breakfast are above the average, the staff there were also kind and wonderful. Everything in the hotel were amazing and good for value. Will be back in the future.

本次入住河景房型，非常棒的愛河沿岸景觀盡入眼簾，到訪日期是9月底，可能因為窗戶是單層玻璃，到晚上室外溫度仍偏高與室內冷氣巨大溫差的緣故，導致玻璃外面結露，窗景變得模糊，略為可惜，建議以後集團規劃新的分館時，應採用雙層中空或夾膠玻璃來避免結露。 除此之外，舉凡床的舒適、房間隔音、空調及早餐菜色都不在話下，未來還是會考慮再次預訂。

客房乾境舒適、早餐品質不錯、選項多、且熱食品項每日變化。價格合理。唯一缺點我開SUV來，竟跟我說旅館不能停SUV，要去百公尺外的立體停車場。我覺得這件事應該在旅館資訊上寫清楚，我個人不會選擇不能停在旅館內的旅館選項。
