truly a kind hotel !

the room was shocking classic at the first sight, however after 3 nights stay, we have to say the hotel really as its name "Kindness" the staff are helpful and always with good smile. Room is special with very detailed facilities :shampoo and shower gel for woman and for man, lotion, facial gel, handcream, hairband, shoes, etc. so kind and thoughtful. They even provide you free simple evening foods such as hot soup, congee, buns, icecream, cookies, tea and coffee from 7pm to 10:30pm, which is so nice and delicious. we enjoy every night chill with light supper at hotel. thank you !

Should be nice, but ugh...smokers!

As soon as I was taken to my room on the 6th floor, I could tell this was a bad choice. The corridor smelt heavily of smoke - in a non-smoking hotel!! The room was not much better, so I called Expedia who arranged a change of room. I would have preferred to walk out, and Expedia would not tell what the policy was over walking out of an unacceptable hotel - they simply wanted to arrange a room change. The new room was better but the air con simply circulates bad air. The air in the corridor was BETTER than the air in my room. Woke up with a headache next morning and spent TWO HOURS on dodgy connections to Expedia trying to get a refund so I could walk out. Finally arranged with one patient Expedia call centre person. The hotel itself could be very good: nice staff, good breakfast, decent rooms, free ice-cream. But only if they police the non-smoking thing. I wasn't told at check-in that hotels have a non-smoking policy, and this kind of reminder is essential. It's an on-going issue in Taiwan, especially due to the mainland China tourists who tend to smoke wherever they want to. The hotel is also not close to anywhere - it's NOT the Sanduo shopping distract branch (so don't confuse them, as I did!).

5泊連泊しました。 24時間チェックイン可能なので、飛行機が遅い便で遅れても安心でした。 コーヒーやいろんな種類のお茶、アイスクリームが無料で、夜、ラウンジでアイスやお茶をいただきながらゆっくりしました。土曜のみ高くなりますが、平日はとってもリーズナブル。この金額でこれはコスパ最高。 そして、フロントの方がとっても親切でした。
