This custom remodeled one-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse is the ultimate retreat when visiting Maui. Nestled within The Ridge at the world renowned Kapalua® Resort, this spacious villa provides guests with luxurious accommodations along with spectacular ocean and coastal views that so perfectly embrace the island way of life.







Located on what once was a pineapple plantation, Kapalua offers its guests all the amenities and perks of a luxury resort, but, without the crowds. With the dramatic West Maui mountains as a backdrop, and award winning beaches, plus miles of pristine coastline spanning the resort, Kapalua will have you feeling as though you are worlds away from the everyday.







No expense was spared, and every detail seen to, in remodeling this plantation style luxury villa.  From the sweeping ocean and coastal views to the custom interior designs which so exquisitely bring the beauty of the outside in, this villa will surpass your expectations at every turn.  







Stepping inside, guests are welcomed by a spacious living room which showcases tropical views from every window! This bright and airy space features custom tile flooring, recessed lighting, wrap around windows, a comfortable sleeper-sofa, two reclining leather chairs, a hand carved wood honu (turtle) coffee table, Smart TV, a desk with a chair, ceiling fan and a top-of-the-line Fijitsu split AC. Open your sliding glass doors, and allow the soft floral trade winds to flow through the villa as you gather together in a serene setting like no other.







An elegant dining table is located adjacent to the living room and offers seating for four. With gorgeous views filling every window, this dining room table is the perfect setting for all your memorable meals. The Hawaiian art work featured in the dining area and throughout the villa was meticulously selected to showcase the colorful flora and fauna found at the resort.







Walk through the ever-so-quiet sliding glass doors out onto your large, private lanai. Here is where you may spend most of your time, soaking in the stunning views of Kapalua and beyond. A raised table with seating for four as well as an additional raised table for two offer unobstructed views, making this spot perfect for dining alfresco, or for sharing evening cocktails. Enjoy sweeping views of the island of Moloka’i clear up the coastline to world famous surf spot, Honolua Bay.  During the winter months this is a wonderful space to watch the humpback whales at play!







The luxury chef’s kitchen sits off the living room and offers top of the line appliances and fixtures, extensive counter space and an inviting breakfast bar with seating for two. Any gourmand will appreciate the details that went into making this kitchen a dream to work in! Enjoy beautiful, emerald granite countertops, a large copper farmhouse sink, custom cabinetry, ceiling fan, all stainless-steel appliances including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator/freezer, and a wine chiller. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare and serve the finest of meals. The first of your two remodeled bathrooms is located on the first floor and offers a shower with custom tile work, a granite counter top vanity with sink and tile flooring. Get ready for the day with ease with the extra space this bathroom affords.







Heading upstairs you will find a master bedroom retreat which features some of the best views in the villa! This large bedroom offers wrap-around windows, which perfectly frame the picturesque landscapes beyond. There is no reason to get up in the morning when gorgeous ocean, island and coastal views await for you in the comfort of your very own king size bed! In addition, the bedroom features two side tables with lamps, a large closet, tile flooring, central air, ceiling fan and a large desk with a chair. If in fact you have a bit of work to do while on vacation, there’s no beating this lovely ocean view setting for exactly that purpose. 







From your bedroom, step out to your small, private lanai, complete with a raised table and seating for two. Watch Maui magically come to life, Kona coffee in hand, as the sun rises over the West Maui Mountains.







The luxury, remodeled bathroom is a welcoming site after a fun-filled day soaking in the sun. Draw yourself a hot bath and unwind in your large, custom spa tub complete with a shower. The bathroom also features two granite counter top vanities with sinks, tile flooring, a walk-in closet and a full washer and dryer.







This villa comes with reserved parking (please note you can park directly behind the owner's car in your reserved space), free wireless password-protected high speed internet, digital cable, discounted golf, starter supply of paper towels, soap/shampoos, laundry detergent and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and cooler.

Late departures must be made at the time of booking for a fee of half a days rent.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine. 



There are many reasons why visitors choose The Ridge as their vacation destination. One of these is that Kapalua® Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.



  



The Kapalua® Resort features three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. One of these beaches, Kapalua Bay, has won numerous awards for excellence, including "Best Beach in the World" by Dr. Beach, and “Best Beach in the US,” by Conde Nast. This bay is situated so that it is protected from heavy seas and wind. Its waters are calm and inviting; thus, it may be no surprise that Kapalua Bay offers some of the best snorkeling to be found on the island. Gentle waves, soft white sand and breathtaking beauty combine to secure a spot for this beach in top world rankings every year.



 



Guests can also enjoy two golf courses – the PGA’s Plantation Course and The Bay Course.
