The Space
This newly remodeled, ground‑level 927‑square‑foot residence sits peacefully away from the crowds, offering an ideal island retreat or romantic escape for two. The spacious master bedroom features a king‑size bed and a beautifully updated full bath. Its vanity area includes dual sinks and excellent lighting—perfect for getting ready with ease. A separate guest bath adds an additional shower, along with a convenient washer and dryer.

The home is cooled by a high‑quality, energy‑efficient air‑conditioning system. In the living room, a new Thomasville sofa faces a modern 65" TV, and sliding doors open onto the lanai for seamless indoor‑outdoor living. The upgraded kitchen showcases stainless‑steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern lighting, and custom‑designed cabinetry. A contemporary wood dining table seats four, complemented by four comfortable stools at the breakfast bar.

A cozy media and reading room offers a sofa/trundle and a new wall‑mounted TV—an inviting spot for relaxation or quiet work.

The expansive 304‑square‑foot lanai is thoughtfully furnished for lounging, entertaining, and enjoying breathtaking ocean and sunset views framed by the iconic Cook Pine trees.

For beach enthusiasts, the nearby Kapalua beaches offer opportunities for sunbathing, snorkeling, and other popular water activities, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of this peaceful paradise. You can drive, walk, or take the complimentary shuttle. The world-famous Kaanapali Beach is about a 15-minute drive away.

Kapalua’s climate is considered the mildest in Maui, with temperatures mostly in the 80s and gentle, refreshing tropical breezes. Wonderful stay

The condo was very nice and clean. Host was easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed the balcony with the view every morning. Beaches are close by. We had a great stay!

Maui adventure

Awesome location and property. Beach on the resort grounds was amazing and not too busy. We relaxed on the beach, watched the whales, and had a seal swim up on shore and say hello. No issues at all and we will definitely be back again.

Fabulous View

This is a fantastic condo, exactly as the pictures show. We had fabulous views of the whales playing in the bay, a short walk to the pool and coffee on the lanai every morning was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this property and will keep it in mind for our next visit !

Great location

The condo is old, but clean. The sunset views are breathtaking from the large lanai. AC is a bit noisy. The main bathroom is great, but the second one has a very small shower. There are 2 good swimming pools near the condo, although one doesn't have a bathroom. Overall, enjoyed our stay

Wonderful Space and Incredible Views

We stayed here with family and had a fantastic time. The owner was very understanding and accommodating. There was more than enough room for my wife and I and our three children. Having a space where we did not have to worry about anything was the best thing while on vacation. The company that she works with to is also fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the place. Look no further.

You couldn't ask for a better place to spend a week vacation in paradise ! The property was clean , great location and so many pools for your access in short walking distance from the villa. Not to mention the the fabulous Bay Golf Course which the villa is located on.I would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends. Looking forward to another visit next year.

We were a group of two couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. The spacious large balcony with huge ocean views was our favorite surprise about the condo. The pool and the gas grills are super close to the condo. The perfect location, everything you need for your stay is within walking distance. A 5 star experience from the day we booked our stay and all the way to our departure. We forward to our next trip at the condo next year!
