Your vacation accommodation is located in the center of Kaprun and at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine comfort creates a feeling of home and well-being – for couples and families alike.

The apartment offers 25 to 49 m² of space for up to 4 people. The double bed is partially separated from the living area. Some units have an open-plan bathroom and a separate toilet. In the living area, a 120–140 cm wide sofa bed offers sleeping space for up to two children. The balcony is the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped.

After an eventful day, you can relax in our two wellness areas (Family Spa and Adults Only).

In the in-house restaurant, you can enjoy a rich breakfast for an additional charge.
