Huoneisto Carpici, on tilava hyvin varustettu 3 sänky, 3 kylpyhuoneen duplex, joka voi nukkua 6 mukavasti. Master-sviitti, jossa on king-size-vuode, johtaa suoraan ulos suureen uima-altaaseen. Huoneistossa on todellinen wow-tekijä, kun kävelet etuoven läpi ja absorboit näkymät Kasin, sataman, niemimaan, uuden venesataman yli ja ulos Kreikan Kastellorizion saarelle. (Meis).
Huoneisto on kohti länteen ja nauttii upeista auringonlaskuista ympäri vuoden. Kalustettu modernissa kosmopoliittisessa tyylissä, painopiste on laadussa ja mukavuudessa. Siinä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jos haluat yöpyä upeilla ravintoloilla, joita Kas tarjoaa.

Very nice property. Good facilities throughout. Whilst it is quite high above the town the taxis are cheap and reliable, and the views are stunning. Great to see old friends in Kas, it really is a fantastic little town and the people are great.

Great location

Like home from home. This appartment has everything you need. Just a short down hill stroll into town, but would strongly recommend a taxi back as it only costs about £3 and well worh the cost rather than trying to walk back up the hill.

The best view in Kas

This was our second visit to this property. We have never before returned to a place before but not only is Kas fabulous but this apartment is as good as you get for the price bracket. It is spacious, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, has a great pool and has the most amazing view. The owner is very helpful and the management within the resort is excellent too. I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Wonderful stay at Carpici apartment

We have been to Kas several times over the last ten years, but the views from this duplex apartment were breathtaking! Although the pool is shared, very often we had it to ourselves most of the time. Lots of comfortable pool loungers and umbrellas. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and has everything you could need. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Even the stunning photos don't do the view justice

We had a great holiday in Ian's stunning Apartment, the view over the town and harbour are magnificent, Hilary and Omer from Alba Properties were very helpful and readily available for information. Check-in and Check-out were simple and flawless and even though most of the other villas on site were full there was always times to have the pool to ourselves also. All in all a great, comfortable, spotless and well equiped rental, thanks Ian.

Absolutely brilliant! Ian’s villa is outstanding. Clean, beautifully presented and has everything you could possibly need. The views are to die for and the pool is wonderful. I really appreciated all the clear communication in the run up to our stay. We had a transfer from the airport arranged for us which all went smoothly. Ian had recommended some local activities which was great advice. We particularly loved the gorge and kayaking around kekova. There are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The walk up and down the hill is steep but taxis were reasonable and we found it was a good way to walk off the delicious Turkish food. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Thank you

Make this your next vacation!

We had a wonderful 2 1/2 week stay here. The apartment, pool, and view were absolutely amazing. The photos and description are very accurate. The apartment is spacious, very clean, andq has everything you need. The property manager responded quickly when needed. Don’t be discouraged by the walk up from town. The view is worth every step. I would recommend renting a car for a few days to explore some of the amazing sites and beaches nearby, otherwise you shouldn’t need one. We fell in love with Kas and will forever miss that view.

Our second home

I am one of five friends who have been visiting Kas for 6 years now and for the past 2 years we have stayed at the Carpici Apartment. It is the most fabulous accomodation we have ever found, not only for its stunning views of Kas and surrounding islands but all of us think of it as our second home. Its well equipped, practical and beautifully decorated throughout. Although the walk into Kas can be quite tiring due to the steepness of the hill, a taxi ride from the centre is cheap and easy to access - and if the apartment wasn't situated on the hill you wouldn't get the fantastic views! I can make nothing but wonderful comments about this accomodation and only hope I can keep returning!

Amazing apartment overlooking Kas

3 double bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms sharing an infinity pool overlooking Kas. Absolutely stunning views from all rooms. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could wish for. Everything was in top condition. All beds extremely comfy and air conditioning in all rooms. Plenty towels and pool towels available. TV and Cd player available and BBQ on the balcony. Pool area was very quiet with plenty comfy sunloungers. There was a large water cooler in the kitchen and replacement bottles easily available. . The road down into Kas is steep but it only takes 10 mins. You might want to get a taxi back up the hill but they are cheap and easy to find. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ian, we had a great holiday

It Sparkles...

This home is situated midway up the hill with an impressive climb from town. The view is breathtaking. The home is beautifully equipped, nicely furnished and the space allows a family to spread out. Ian ( the owner) was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The manager was either having a bad day or needs to polish up on his hospitality. I considered the possibility that I might be feeling a little sensitive from the long trip, but my hubby confirmed that our communications left us feeling like a pain and so we left the fun questions to the super friendly neighbors and locals, and improvised on the broken chair. Overall it was a great stay and we would do it again. Might bring Omar some cookies to sweeten him up;)

Perfect stay in Kas - our first time and hopefully not our last. Ian’s villa was even better than expected. Situated with an amazing view of Kas and the surrounding area - we don’t usually stay at our villa every day but on this occasion we did. Infinity pool overlooking the town was one of the many highlights, as were the early evening viewings of the wild boar passing in front of the villas. The villa has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. The walk down into town only takes 5-10 minutes - the walk back is not for the faint-hearted but is doable - alternatively catch a taxi from by the end of the harbour (it should cost about 220TL but be sure to have 20TL notes, otherwise you may not get change from 300TL). The town of Kas is very pretty, but also very expensive, consequently we ate in the villa much of the time. We found a lovely little cove to swim in just south of the town (take some steps down to the right just before the helicopter pad) with very few people, as the other beaches we saw were pretty packed. Ian’s communication prior to the trip and Hilary’s communication during the trip were both excellent. The restaurants along the front were nice but very expensive so we tried one a few streets back (Fichi) which was delicious and much better priced. The Friday market is good fun and we had some great gozleme and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you like hammams, Marin Spa was fab! All in all, a perfect week in a perfect location - Many thanks Ian :)

Stunning apartment

Fantastic apartment. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (although we ended up using only one). The apartment leads onto the swimming pool which was great for us as we had 3 kids. The pool is shared with other apartments but weirdly you are never all using it at the same time. We often had the pool to ourselves for the day! Kas is a gorgeous town.... loads to do and see. We loved the fact that it wasn’t too English.... most people speak some English though so you can get by! The hill leading into the main centre is steep but taxis only cost 20-25 lira for the 5 of us so depending on how tired we were we would walk or cab it back to the apartment. Ian was very communicative in the lead up to booking the apartment and Omar helped with any problems when out there. All in all a fantastic apartment and a fantastic location! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our visit to Kas and our stay in this lovely apartment with its magnificent views over the town, mountains and coastline. OK ! The hill up to the apartment is rather steep (especially if you have dodgy knees) but we simply got a taxi for 15 to 20 lire ( circa £2 ). Because of the availability of taxis, local buses and boats we didn’t bother hiring a car. Hilary organised transfers from and to the airport and that couldn’t have worked out better.. door to door and the guy even carried our bags into the apartment. We are going to miss breakfast on the balcony and having an evening beer watching the magnificent sunset. We couldn’t recommend Ian’s apartment highly enough and we will definitely be coming back to the lovely town of Kas with its friendly people, fantastic weather and superb restaurants.

Amazing

Me and my husband had a lovely stay at Carpici and in Kas. We loved the house and it provided with everything. There is even a water cooler. Ian, Omer and co have been amazing and a large part of our good experience in Carpici. Kas is a small city in Turkey, still we were able to do something new everyday. On our 12-day stay at carpici, we stayed in home for 3 days, simply because we wanted to enjoy the amazing view a bit more and relax by the pool. My husband hated the hill so we got a taxi every night after dinner etc. I however, like a bit traning and think the hill is a very good way of ending the day. I would love to go back someday! Thanks Ian for everything!

Amazing accommodation and perfect for family with teenagers.

We were 2 adults with our 2 children, 19 and 16, and their 2 friends, so having 3 bathrooms and so much space was perfect. We loved the fact that we were so close to the town, giving us all independence, and as it is so safe, we were more than happy for the kids to return home at 3am, allowing us less energetic adults to come back before them. There was nothing missing from the well stocked kitchen, and we appreciated the agents bringing water to us whenever we needed it, as well as the grocery pack waiting when we arrived. As the apartment is so central, we could just decide daily what we fancied- lunch in town, then picking up meat etc from local shops, to have a BBQ at home, or to come back for a swim in the pool, aperitifs on the balcony, then back to town for dinner. So many great restaurants- we were spolit for choice. We did a boat trip which was amazing- swimming with baby turtles, then BBQ fish and salad for lunch- highly recommended- and we were glad we had chosen one with fewer passengers- it was like a private trip ! We loved the Friday market- and had an extremely cheap and yummy lunch of savoury pancakes and freshly squeezed juice- under the olive trees, people watching. Overall a great holiday with wonderful accommodation.

Well presented, beautiful location and lovely layout.

I wouldn't have changed the location for anything. Absolutely perfectly placed apartment - great for sunsets and SO glad for the pool! We had a great time, stayed around the pool a bit, did a few dives around Kas with Dragoman scuba diving company, enjoyed the cute turko/greek cafes and restaurants (all really friendly people in the town!) and actually really appreciated the hilly steps up to the accommodation - great exercise for the family at the end of the day! Also had a wonderful time exploring Kastellorizo, such a beautiful island with friendly locals and cute houses. Overall, very memorable 5 days in Kas.

Excelllent luxury apartment & breath taking views

Fantastic apartment everything was exactly as described. Very clean and very well equipped. One thing we particularly liked is that you had access directly to the pool from the main bedroom and also had a great balcony with fantastic views and dining facilities on the first floor. We usually eat out every night but the views were so fantastic we did not want to leave them and actually ate in half the time. Also found there was everything available to make this a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Omar and Hilary who looked after the property were always on hand if you had any questions or wanted advice or recommendations. Would definitely return to his beautiful apartment and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing Apartment with Un-reviled Panoramic Views

Unlike the World of Hotels the reviews for Self Catering Apartments can be few and far between so it makes choosing (based upon recommendation) that so much more difficult, that is why I just had to review this amazing apartment. Carpici is a Luxury Duplex Apartment with unrivalled Panoramic views from as far as 'Meis' to the end of the 'Pennisular' and the 'Marina', and of course the old 'Harbour in the middle, all of which could all be enjoyed from the many vantage points offered, such as the Bedroom Terrace, the amazing Balcony off the entertaining area, or just resting on the edge of the Infinity Pool. But unlike so many which really upon a view Carpici has an Ace up its sleeve in the form of a Modern, Stylish Apartment, I have paid considerably more for a Bedroom and En-suite Bathroom at highly rated Hotels, but they have fallen far short of Carpici. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms all with their own Hotel Style Bathrooms, and of course the Master Bedroom has everything you'd expect, en-suit, Sea-Views and its own Terrace. There is also a Modern well equipped Kitchen which was so good we even ate in on a couple of evenings which is totally not like us, but we just wanted to enjoy a meal in the amazing Balcony overlooking KAS, a view I think you'd find hard to beat at any of the Restaurants in the town below. One last thing which perhaps I should have mentioned earlier, is the professionalism shown not only by Ian (the owner) with his caring and efficient approach, but Hilary and Omer who live in Kas and manage the apartment in Ian's absence, but don't underestimate what these guys do, not only do they keep the Apartments , Pool and the Gardens looking amazing, but they offer what I would call a 'Concierge Service' in so much as Hilary and Omer helped with Transfers, Taxis, arranging special Birthday Cakes and Restaurant Bookings, truly amazing people and the Icing on what was already a really good Cake! Ps. Like they say in the advert, don't tell everyone, because while Carpici becomes more and more successful, I still want to be able to visit myself!

Best Coastal Holiday Ever

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing apartment-we wanted for nothing! It is as gorgeous in real life as the photos depict! Along with all the modern, comfortable amenities of this apartment, there is the spectacular views, clear blue skies, perfect Autumn temperatures, and of course the wonderful village of Kas, just down the hill. From our initial booking, organisation of transfers, and plenty of tips of what to see and do in the area, the owner Ian was an incredible host with excellent communication. Even though this time of year, is at the very end of the tourist season with a number of restaurants closing-there is still a wonderful quiet, relaxing time to be had in this little piece of paradise! Can't wait to return!

Well equipped, spacious, comfortable, amazing view

Stayed here with my partner in June 2014. Lovely spacious duplex with a shared pool which was very quiet most days. The owner Ian arranged our transfers which were trouble-free. The duplex itself sits above Kas town. It's a pretty steep walk from the town to the villa, it only takes around 10 minutes to walk, but can feel like longer in the heat so make sure you carry water with you. There are 378 steps to climb in all - I counted! Kas is a lovely small town, with plenty of places to shop, eat and explore, and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. A gullet trip is a must. We also tried mountain biking and hiked to Limanagzi beach (just follow the markers along the Lycian Way). You can get to Kalkan and Patara beach very easily too - just catch a dolmus from the station in Kas. Had a brilliant time and hope to return.
