Mulberry – The poet's house 3 bedroom unique and beautiful ottoman style house

The Poet's House, Mulberry, is a place for the nourishment of the soul, body, and spirit.
Set in the mountains above Kalkan, it offers a space for retreat, rest, and creativity.
Mulberry consists of a main old house and a new creative studio space, with a mezzanine sleeping area.
15 mins from Kalkan and 20 mins from Patara Beach, the house is ideally situated for enjoying everything the area has to offer while still having the luxury of being able to return to your own, tranquill space away from the crowds.

Main House Ground Floor:

Master Bedroom 1: Double bed, and en-suite wet room. Both master bedrooms share a private terrace with Mountain views. .
Master Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom. Both master bedrooms share a private roof terrace with open sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan chair.
Entrance Hall including authentic wooden cupboards.
Main House First Floor :

The first floor area is open plan with a new sofa and lounging areas, that are relaxing
The area has a large dining table, a writing desk and two coffee tables.
Kitchen - fully fitted to self cater with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher, Kettle, toaster.

Spacious Pool terrace with outside dining.
Outside

Outside you have balconies on the ground floor and the first floor. The first floor balconies are large, traditional style Ottoman balconies with seating.
The garden has two levels, with the bottom level having a hammock.
The pool area is lifted up from the main house, and has decking around it and an area with 2 sunbeds.


Extention

There is an extension to the main house, which acts as a creative and relaxation space, with stunning views over the mountain.
The extension has a sofa, various soft seating areas, and a writing desk.
The extension has a mezzanine with a king size double bed.
There is a wet room for the pool in the extension area.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 16.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.

Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
