This luxurious, modern 210 m² villa offers breathtaking views to the Aegean Sea and is suitable for couples or families who are looking for comfort, tranquility and access to a non-crowded beach with crystal clear water. The luxurious villa is built in four semi levels, with many balconies and terraces ideal for relaxation. Artistic touches and quality furniture offer a unique identity to the villa. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a modern fireplace and view to the Aegean sunset, as well as a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second semi level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi shower box. Moving on to the third semi level, there is the main entrance of the villa with an armored door and the master bedroom, with ultra high ceiling and beautiful mountain and sea views. Last but not least, the final semi level offers the fourth bedroom, a second bathroom with bathtub and a romantic attic with a large working place with sea view, a sofa bed and a private terrace. There are two outdoor living rooms, one in front of the villa with a stunning view of the sunset and one at the other side of the property, right next to the pine forest, with a fully equipped barbeque facility, an external fridge and sink and a gorgeous pavilion, ideal for night feasts and moments to cherish.


The villa is located in an enclosed complex of 3 villas, with 1000m² of private garden, with lawn, olive trees, plants and colorful flowers. Every room provides beautiful views to the Aegean Sea or to the pine forests of Kassandra. The villa is fully equipped with everything a guest having his summer vacation would need. Wi-fi connection is available in every internal and external area of the villa. All kinds of amenities, like satellite tv, smart tv with Netflix account, dvd player, games for adults and children, a wide variety of kitchenware, towels and linens, shampoo, detergents etc. are provided to our guests.


Just 1 km away from the village of Fourka in Chalkidiki, it is the perfect choice for dreamy holidays in sunny Greece. The villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood, which ideally combines relaxing sea views with the vibrant spirit of the sunny greek summer. The village of Fourka is only 1 km away with plenty of trendy beach bars, traditional fish taverns, romantic bars by the sea, lovely cafeterias and local market. A super market is about 700m away. A car will be needed in order to be able to visit different places in Chalkidiki. Villa Vicky offers 3 parking places for its guests.
