Luxury 3-storey villa, located at “Elani” residential area, a complex of private villas, surrounded by sea and forest.
The villa is on the top of the hill offering you a magnificent view of the sea and only 10 minutes walking distance from the beach! It has private garden, with 2 patios, a barbeque and offers two parking spaces exclusively for its guests.
Elani is an enchanting area, ideal for families offering tennis and basketball courts, a playground for children and its own beach with parking
The villa is divided into 3 levels and can accommodate up to 14 people. The first floor consists of 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite -two with balconies), and one more separate bathroom. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a seating area, a bathroom, and a double bedroom and finally the basement consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room, where you can enjoy watching movies to the projector. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans while the living room offers a big air conditioner.
This villa has also beautiful private garden, with 2 patios, a big patio located on the ground floor right in front of the living room where you can spend great time relaxing and having a magnificent view of the forest and the sea and another one on the rear side of the villa, where you can enjoy a tasteful barbeque. Finally, the house offers two parking spaces exclusively for its guests.
