WE SHOWED UP AND THEY HAD NO RESERVATION, EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE HOTELS.COM RECIEPT AND SHOWED THEM. ROOMS WERE SOLD OUT! YOUNG MAN WORKING THE COUNTER APPEARED TO BE IN OVER HIS HEAD. WE MOVED ACROSS THE STREET TO HAMPTON, WHICH IS WHERE WE SHOULD HAVE GONE TO BEGIN WITH, TRIED TO SAVE A COUPLE BUCKS.
