Furniture in room was not clean, key card frequently malfunctioned, access stairs look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a while. Truly a get what you pay for kind of situation so if you are looking for a cheap option for a short term stay it is certainly cheap and is fine if you don’t care about cleanliness, functional room access, or an accommodation that has been painted in the past decade. Staff was nice though.

Both the sink and the bathtub drains were blocked. Upon arrival the heat was turned off in the room. It was extremely cold and that particular heater did not push out a lot of heat. Took a little over an hour before the room was up to 68°.

The stay actually didn’t happen - the room was booked last minute, to avoid driving through the snow storm - my 19 year old son wasn’t able to check in, since their required age to check in is 21(most of the hotels have 18, some even 15). The receptionist did not help teenager in the horrible snow storm, and was unbelievably inhumane in this situation.

Ok room

Basicly fine except had to call for help with the toilet due to a stuck valve and the remote was difficult to use. Had to raise it overhead or stand up to change chanels. The room had 1 desk chair and one chair in the corner. No table for 2 people to sit at.

A joke. Conditions of the location are sub par. My husband refused we stay there with our child. We went somewhere else after seeing the condition of the outside/parking lot and the room. The franchise should close this location it makes a bad impression.
