Villa Maria Theo is a brand new villa on the hillside at Trapezaki above the glorious coastline, just a short distance from a local minimarket and a selection of tavernas. The beach at Trapezaki is just 1000 metres away, but down a steep hill!
Villa Maria Theo offers just one bedroom and shower room with very spacious, modern living areas opening out to the open pool terrace with glorious views. The pool, with built in steps to access, holds pride of place but there is also an alfresco dining area with built in barbecue for your enjoyment and a comfortable outside sitting area, this is a very comfortable holiday villa for just two people.
For 2024 there will be an additional 2 bedrooms with ensuites added to Villa Maria Theo.
