Conveniently located across the street from Bluebird Beach North, a secluded sandy beach, the neighbourhood also features a large public beach at the end of the street, 7-11, Starbucks, pub, liquor store and greenway within 500 meters. A 5 minute walk will take you to the Hotel Eldorado/Marina & Manteo Resort with boat launch, moorage* and more restaurant options and ice cream parlour.

Proudly marketed by Okanagan Vacation Properties, the backyard features a heated salt water pool with automatic pool cover and in-pool loungers. There is a covered outdoor living area with a large projector screen, dining and outdoor kitchen. The backyard also features a wonderful lounging area, ping pong, and enough turf for kids to run around or play Bocce. A water resistant portable Sonos speaker provides great background music while also respecting the neighbours wherever you go on the property.

There are 3 porches attached to the home. The front porch features an outdoor living room and fire pit and gets the evening sun. In the back, the partially covered upper porch that gets the morning sun features a sunken hot tub, 2 large couches with fire pits, and a large TV. The lower porch features the outdoor ping pong and opens up to the backyard and pool. The front yard features a wrap around driveway with moveable pickleball net, trampoline, basketball net and Tesla charger.

Inside this beautiful home is a gourmet kitchen with double wall ovens and full size fridge. The large island features a prep sink, built in wine cooler, built-in ice maker and seating for 4. The large Primary bedroom features a king size bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning, automatic light-blocking shades on a timer and a full ensuite bath. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and built-in desk and third bedroom has a Double bed. There is both a more formal living room and more casual family room for relaxing inside.

Please note this a family home and very well suited to family groups that are respectful of the neighbours. There is no access to the closets and we will not host groups of singles and couples greater than 6 people and they must guarantee they will be respectful to the home and neighbours. There is not to be any loud music outside, day or night.

There is a basement suite on the property with a full-time tenant who does not share the yard but may be out maintaining the gardens. The basement and garage are not included.

No food or drinks in the pool. No glass anywhere in the backyard/pool deck. The pool loungers must be removed if there is going to be rough play as moving them can put holes in the pool liner. The pool must be covered when not in use to prevent dirt, fading, loss of heat and chemicals and accidents. We have remote access to the pool settings and will not allow the temperature above 90'. The hot tub must also be covered when not in use. The windows and doors must remain closed while the air conditioning is on.

The pool and yard will be cleaned prior to your arrival. There will be no maintenance during your stay unless otherwise agreed upon, however salt water pools only require monthly testing. There are no refunds for weather, wildfire smoke, acts of god, flight changes, or illness; the guest is recommended to purchase 3rd party travel insurance for this.
