A great 2 night stay. Pool was open late for an evening dip, great breakfast in the restaurant and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hotel is great but bed’s springs were squeaky and made it impossible to sleep. I also don’t think it was queen size although I paid for it but double. Other than that the pool and restaurant was very very good.

What a difference two moths makes! Restaurant service this time round was poor as was the product; from a dirty menu to cold food and an indifferent server, was a major turn off; but noting tops waking up @ 2:15am to the Fire Alarm sounding off and no one from the staff knocking on doors telling guests to leave_ had to call the front desk where I was instructed to leave yet when I returned there were people still in their room who didn't??? Actual firemen walking around to what was likely just some prank. Counter staff (management ) are far too disengaged. I was even denied a printed summary of my hotel charges ; was told it was "all Expedia?" I would routinely stay there but not after this experience. I'm done w/this outfit.

Stay at Capri Coast in Kelowna was okay overall. The property is a bit old, but it’s well maintained. The highlight was definitely the staff , very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, an average stay with great customer service.

Property is tired and badly needs a refresh. Checked into hotel, air conditioning in room barely worked and was extremely loud. Complained to desk, moved us to another room, A/C was quieter but not very effective. On very busy street (Harvey) and a lot of homeless hang around the parking lots surrounding hotel. Pool is okay but crowded with limited seating. All and all will stay someplace else next time
